Information Needed for Tickets

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following when submitting a ticket:

  • Your Student ID Number

MyAC Portal and Blackboard login

If you forget your MyAC Portal or Blackboard passwords, you can reset them yourself using the “forgot password” links on the login pages. You will need access to your AC email account to reset these passwords.

 

Get Help

If for some reason you cannot log into your email or experience issues resetting your password(s), please email ithelpdesk@angelina.edu and provide your full name and last four digits of your Social Security Number (or your full student ID).
