Create an IT Help Desk Support Ticket by emailing ithelpdesk@angelina.edu

Please include the following when creating a new ticket:

Full Name

Student ID Number

Date of Birth OR Last 4 of Social Security Number

MyAC Portal Login

  • Your MyAC Portal username will be the last three (3) digits of your Student ID number, your first initial of your first name and your entire last name.
    • Example: John Doe with Student ID 123456789 would have the username of 789jdoe
  • Your AC Portal Password  will be your eight (8) digit Date of Birth formatted as MMDDYYYY
    • Example: January 3rd, 2001 would be 01032001

Student E-mail

Log in to your Student E-mail account at https://accounts.google.com/login

  • Your AC Student E-mail address will be the last three (3) digits of your Student ID number, your first initial of your first name and your entire last name followed by @student.angelina.edu
    • Example: John Doe with Student ID 123456789 would have the e-mail of 789jdoe@student.angelina.edu
  • Your AC Student E-mail password will be your eight (8) digit Date of Birth formatted as MMDDYYYY
    • Example: January 3rd, 2001 would be 01032001

Blackboard

Your Blackboard username and password to login to https://angelina.blackboard.com/

  • Username will be the last three (3) digits of your Student ID number, your first initial of your first name and your entire last name.
  • Password will be your full Student ID number.  Your Blackboard password does not change.

While you may have the option to reset or change your password on the Blackboard site, please refrain from doing so and contact us for assistance with login information.
